Mamata Banerjee delivered a brief speech to encourage the leaders of West Bengal. She always tries to cast a project for getting votes. Day by day her popularity is increasing .But she is not trying to form any factories or other sources. As a result educated people have been suffering for ten years .She launched lot of projects like Kanyashree ,Yuvashree ,Lakhsmir Bhandar ,Sabuj Sathi ,Khelar Sathi ,etc. Corrupted leaders are taking advantages of it .
