Preparation of Potato Chips
It is a very interesting matter to know how potato chips are prepared. It can be prepared at home easily. Preparation of potato chips involves various stages. At first, potatoes are bought from the market. Then they are sorted and rotten ones are removed. The good ones are cleaned with fresh water. Next,the cleaned potatoes are peeled. After that,the peeled potatoes are sliced into small pieces. The spices are added to it. Later,they are fried untill it got/became deep brown. Now,they are packed properly to keep it usable for a long time. Finally, the packets are labelled and ready to be sold in the market.
