All the students of our school are hereby informed that our school is going to undertake/organise a programme entitled 'Keep Your School Clean' in our school on 5th June,( the World Environment Day) .It will be started at 11 A.M and continued till 4 P.M . You are aware that our classrooms and the school compound get dirty with dust, bits of paper, fallen leaves, thrown-away food-packets, ball-point pen refills etc. everyday. The dirt and dust are not only harmful for our physical health but spoil the beauty and the right ambience of a school house. The present drive is to promote cleanliness and right environment in our school. All the students are requested to participate actively in the programme in which we will clean our classrooms sweeping the dirt with brooms and later washing the floors with buckets of phenyl-mixed water. We will also clean the compound and collect the dust, dirt, garbage in baskets to dump those in the nearby dumping ground . We hope to repeat the operation every month.
