The universe loses one of its brightest stars as Stephen Hawking, one of the world's best-known scientists, died peacefully at his home in Cambridge at the age of 76. Hawking dedicated his life in unlocking the secrets of the universe, how it was formed and how it weightend.
Confined to his wheelchair for the better part of his life, his contribution to cosmology and science generally was much too complex for smooth comprehension even by scientists. Alas, the world is deficient with the demise of one of the most brilliant theoritical physicist since Albert Einstein. Only the wheelchair survives as a permanent symbol of his extraordinary ability.
