Director : Yes, come in. Please be seated.

Candidate: Thank you, sir.

Director : Your name, please?

Candidate: I'm Bilas Rao.

Director : How old are you?

Candidate: I'm 40+.

Director : You look younger than your age.

Candidate: So kind of you to say so, sir.

Director : You know we want a suitable person in the post of Manager. Are you really interested in this responsible job?/Do you think you are the right person?

Candidate: Yes, sir. I love to shoulder responsibilities, especially in the administrative side. Besides, it seems to call for exactly the qualifications I have.

Director : Well, your educational and professional qualifications?

Candidate: I'm an MBA.

Director : Would you mind showing your certificates and testimonials in original?

Candidate: Of course. Here they are.

Director : Have you any previous experience?/Where are you employed at present?

Candidate: Yes, sir. At present I'm working in a mercantile firm.

Director : How much do you draw there?

Candidate: Rs. 30,000 per month.

Director : Well, that's not bad for you. I see no reason why you should leave it. And why are you so interested in our firm?

Candidate: Because, I'm afraid, the employees don't have self-respect in my present place of work and, I believe, the workers here get justice from the authority.

Director : How could you know it?

Candidate: I know from the employees here.

Dierctor : OK. We'll inform you in due time.

Candidate :Thank you, sir.
