valuable than a drop of blood." Governments of the Countries should impose the strict rules to save water and to stop misuse and abuse of water. Stress should be given on reuse of water. "Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man" and education works for all round development of the learner. Teacher plays here the vital role. He is the guide, guardian, friend and philosopher to the learner. So for alround development an ideal responsibility goes to teacher. Merely teaching is not enough for a teacher. He must understand the level of the student and according to the capability of the learner he may transfer his knowledge to the learner as teaching- learning is a two way process. So two souls of teacher and learner must be attached together and then a lovable atmosphere may arise in the class room where lies the future of India'. Teacher is not only a teacher he is an engineer to construct the mindset of the student and he is a doctor to diagnose him to cure from the lack of desire of learning. An ideal teacher is he who can transfer his level into the level of the student.
