Sub: Misuse of smart phones among students.

Respected Sir,

I shall be highly obliged if you kindly allow me a little space in the columns of your esteemed daily to express my views about the misuse of smart phones among students.

Many students use smartphones for long hours. This causes health problems like stress, poor sleep, and eye strain. They lose focus on studies and face difficulty in communication.

Smartphones also expose students to harmful content. They spend more time on social media and games. This affects their studies and relationships. Some students use phones while walking or cycling, which is very unsafe.

Parents and schools must guide students. They should limit  use of mobile and promote healthy habits. I request you to raise awareness about this issue through your newspaper.

Yours Faithfully,
