Preparation of Chowmein

Chowmein is a tasty dish. It is a very interesting matter to know how chowmein is prepared.It can be easily prepared at home. The preparation of chowmein  involves several simple steps. First, chowmein or noodles are bought from the market. The noodles are then broken into pieces for easier cooking. Next, the broken noodles are boiled in water until they become soft. After boiling, the water is drained out from the noodles. Salt is then added to the noodles to enhance the taste. Following that, vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers are added and fried in a shallow pan with a little oil. Once the noodles and vegetables are fried together, they are placed on a plate. Finally, a sauce of your choice is spread over the noodles, and the chowmein is served, not with a fork, but with chopsticks or another utensil.
