A Memorable Cultural Programme

Last month, my school organized a cultural programme on the occasion of annual foundation day. The event took place on December 15th in the school auditorium. It was started at 10:00 a.m and continued till 4:00 p.m.The chief guest was D. M ..The teachers decorated the venue beautifully with lights and flowers. The programme started with a welcome speech. Students performed dances, songs, skits, and poetry recitations. I joined a group dance, which represented a traditional folk theme. The audience clapped loudly after our performance. The chief guest praised our hard work and congratulated us. One special moment touched my heart when my friends cheered loudly for me. The entire programme filled me with joy and pride.
