Bishnupur,Bankura, January 21, 2025: The Platinum Jubilee was observed in K.M. High School in a befitting manner. The event was held from January 18,  2025 to January 20,  2025 . It was organized in the school compound. The programme started at 10:00 a.m. each day and continued till 4:00 p.m. Mr. Anirban Chatterjee, the District Magistrate of Bankura, was the chief guest. On this occasion, the whole campus was decorated nicely.The celebrations commenced with a warm welcome address by the Headmaster, Mr. S. Roy, who inaugurated the programme by offering flowers to the statue of the school's founder. Students sang an inaugural song written by Rabindranath Tagore. The event was filled with various cultural programs, including dances, songs, and a drama performance depicting the school's rich history. An exhibition showcasing old photographs, trophies, and achievements was a major attraction, drawing nostalgic smiles from former students.In his speech, Mr. Chatterjee emphasized the importance of quality education in nation-building. "K.M. High School stands as a beacon of learning and discipline. Its 75-year journey is an inspiration for many," he said. He also gave a long speech about the school's contribution to the field of education. A student named Rina recited a poem. Sweets were distributed among the students.

The Platinum Jubilee celebration came to an end with a moving speech by the senior teacher, Mrs. P. Das, who expressed gratitude to the guests, staff, and students for their active participation.
